Product Description

This device is installed between the SMT pick-and-place machine and the printing machine, and is used to clean fine debris, dust, fibers, hair, skin flakes, and tiny metal particles from the surface of PCB pads. It ensures that the PCB surface is thoroughly clean before printing and that any static electricity on the PCB has been eliminated. This effectively prevents soldering defects such as cold solder joints, voids, component lifting, and misalignment, thereby enhancing product quality and achieving the goal of improving product reliability.

1. Uses a touchscreen control interface for simple and easy-to-understand operation.
2. The feed direction of the track can be switched freely—left to right or right to left.
3. The front end features a brush function, making it more effective at removing debris, hair, and other particles.
4. Both the PCB board’s entry and exit points are equipped with anti-static devices to reduce poor component placement and static damage caused by static electricity during the mounting process.
