Product Description

The latest pneumatic-electric lightweight design features a built-in positioning sensor, enabling a single-pass cutting stroke with zero shear stress—perfectly suited for cutting aluminum substrates. This innovative wedge-shaped blade ensures linear board separation without generating bow waves or microcracks typically associated with round-blade die-cutting. By minimizing shear stress to an absolute minimum, even sensitive SMD components and capacitors remain unaffected, thereby reducing potential product quality risks to a bare minimum. With a cutting stroke of less than 1 mm, there’s absolutely no safety concern during operation. The blades are precision-ground from high-speed steel and can be repeatedly resharpened, making them ideal for thin-board separation tasks—even those that don’t involve V-cuts.

Product Details

Machine features:

1. The cutting rate is 1 second per segment, controlled by a foot pedal switch.

2. The cutting blade assembly is passively activated, allowing for safe control of the cutting line and position. It generates low cutting stress, making it less likely to cause delamination or cracking.

3. Non-roller (blade cutter, traveling blade) cutting method—no dust generation; no motor-driven operation, thus eliminating carbon powder contamination.

4. Non-friction cutting, with no metal residue left on the tool.

5. The cutting tools are independently designed by Shanmu Company and are durable and long-lasting.

6. Use compressed air at 4-5 kg; no specific cutting area is required. Simply wipe the exterior with rust-preventive maintenance oil.

7. High safety: The gap between the upper and lower blades is 1–1.5 cm. The force applied when cutting PCB boards and the sharpness of the blade are both independently developed and improved by Shanmu Co., Ltd. Please note that unauthorized removal or reattachment of the blade is strictly prohibited.

8. The blade can be installed on either the front or back side according to different requirements, allowing employees to hold the PCB board with their left (or right) hand.
