Product Description

This spray cleaning machine is primarily designed for cleaning SMT stencils used in the electronics industry, employing water-based cleaning fluids. It utilizes the industry’s most advanced cleaning technology to achieve 99.9% cleanliness while also protecting the environment.
The machine consists of systems including a frame, spraying, rinsing, lifting, drying, water circulation and filtration, transplanting, flipping, inspection, and CCD detection. Primarily powered by electricity, after manually placing the mesh plates into the cleaning chamber, users set the parameters for spray cleaning, rinsing, air-drying, hot-air drying, transplanting, flipping, and inspection. Then, by pressing the start button, the entire process is automatically completed.
This machine makes it extremely convenient for operators to clean screen meshes, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality. It is a new, high-performance, fully automatic cleaning device. The equipment uses deionized water plus an environmentally friendly, water-based cleaning agent—there are no safety hazards whatsoever, and it poses no risk of harm to personnel.

Machine features:

3. A control system specifically designed for integrated cleaning and inspection of steel mesh boards.
4. It adopts an integrated industrial control machine control method, which is simple and convenient. Through the temperature control module, it can be connected to the MES system.
5. System counting function that automatically accumulates the number of screen cleaning operations and the number of filter cycles.
6. Equipped with a low-level sensor for low-liquid-level alarms, an automatic temperature control system, digital display, and a temperature protection device.
7. The main cleaning components feature a robust and durable SUS304 stainless steel body, resistant to cleaning solutions containing acids, alkalis, and other corrosive substances.
8. Automatically adds DI water to the rinse solution tank, eliminating the need for manual addition of rinse water.
9. The number of rinsing cycles for workpieces can be set, and the rinse water will be automatically drained, ensuring the cleanliness of the rinse water.
10. This equipment uses direct reflux of liquid and automatically purges residual liquid from the pipelines, significantly reducing liquid loss.
11. The steel mesh can undergo cleaning and automatic inspection functions, and it can also be inspected individually.
12. Optional: After scanning and entering the barcode information on the steel mesh, perform cleaning and inspection.
