This equipment is used for cleaning doctor blades on printing machines, effectively removing surface residues such as solder paste and dust. The “doctor blade cleaner” employs a combination of technologies—including rotating the doctor blade in a basket while subjecting it to high-pressure spray washing, ultrasonic cleaning, rolling rinse, and hot-air drying with a high-flow fan—to ensure thorough cleaning performance.

1. Innovative exterior design featuring rotary ultrasonic technology with an additional secondary spray for comprehensive and thorough cleaning.
2. Integrates washing, rinsing, air-drying, and drying functions in one unit. Liquid drainage, as well as the duration and speed of washing and rinsing, can be set via the human-machine interface.
3. One-touch operation—entire cleaning process is fully automated, equipped with a pneumatic pump that automatically adds and drains the rinsing solution without any manual intervention.
4. Step-by-step positioning for easy removal and installation of the scraper;
5. During the cleaning process, the nozzle pressure can be monitored to ensure effective cleaning.
6. Install filter screens at the outlets of all liquid tanks to prevent impurities from entering and protect the pumps.
