This equipment is used for cleaning the external surfaces of various workpieces, such as wave-soldering fixtures, reflow soldering trays, and condensers. It can also clean soldering flux, oil stains, dust, and other contaminants from the surfaces of machine components. The “spray cleaning machine” employs technologies including high-pressure spray cleaning, high-pressure rinse, high-pressure air cutting, and high-volume fan-assisted hot-air drying in a rotating basket, ensuring thorough cleaning performance.

1. One-button operation—entire cleaning process is fully automated, with automatic addition and drainage of rinse solution requiring no manual intervention. The equipment features low energy consumption, minimal operating noise, zero pollution, and is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. It boasts an all-stainless steel construction and occupies a small footprint.
2. After cleaning, the fixture surface is dry and highly clean, making it ready for immediate use in subsequent processes. This represents a significant improvement over manual cleaning methods.
3. 720-degree omnidirectional spray rotation ensures thorough cleaning with no dead angles; capable of handling large volumes of items, significantly reducing labor costs.
4. Integrated functions include cleaning, rinsing, air-drying, and drying. The number of drainage cycles as well as the number of cleaning and rinsing cycles can be set via the human-machine interface.
5. The equipment features a real-time circulating filtration system for cleaning and rinsing, employing a dual-pump, dual-fluid-path design. During the cleaning process, the spray system operates within a sealed chamber, thereby enhancing liquid utilization efficiency and reducing operating costs.
6. During the cleaning process, the nozzle pressure can be monitored to ensure effective cleaning.
7. Configurable wastewater treatment equipment enables zero wastewater discharge.
