Product Description
2. The wedge-shaped blade used for linear die-cutting eliminates bow waves and micro cracks typically caused by round-blade die-cutting, minimizing shear stress to the lowest possible level. As a result, even sensitive SMD components and capacitors remain unaffected, thereby reducing potential product quality risks to a minimum.
The maximum gap of the cutting blade is less than 2 mm, allowing it to cut a variety of boards; under normal operation, your hand will not be cut.
3. The cutting tools are made from high-speed steel and precision-ground, allowing them to be repeatedly resharpened for continued use.
4. Can be applied to the board separation process for thin boards without V-CUT slots.
5. Application scope: V-CUT slot PCB boards, FR4, aluminum-based substrates
6. Power consumption as low as 5W, using compressed air as the cutting board power source, with no emissions of exhaust gases or other pollutants.

1. The cutting stress is below 500, ensuring a quick and smooth cutting process that effectively prevents damage to precision parts.
2. Both the upper and lower blades’ heights are adjustable. Use the rotary knob to adjust the blade gap, accommodating different PCB thicknesses. Specifically, the alignment and wear adjustment or compensation for the lower blade can be done via the upper rotary knob—no shims are required, thus reducing the difficulty of blade replacement and adjustment.
3. The blades can be repeatedly sharpened multiple times, saving costly expenses on replacing blades.
4. Customizable trays and foolproof positioning devices are available for PC boards or thin boards without V-grooves.
5. The machine has a robust structure and is easy to operate, even unskilled personnel can handle it.
