Product Description

This machine employs a multi-nozzle jet cleaning method that uses fluid dynamics to break water into extremely fine droplets, creating an ultra-fine mist. At supersonic speeds, this mist generates powerful kinetic energy that is directed onto the nozzle, forming a continuous energy field above the nozzle being cleaned and effectively dislodging both surface and internal contaminants.
The machine requires no solvents whatsoever; it can be cleaned using industrially pure water.
Cleaning: The machine features fully automatic cleaning, capable of cleaning 30 nozzles at a time. Different models of nozzles are equipped with corresponding fixture trays, ensuring that nozzles from any model of pick-and-place machines can be cleaned. After cleaning, the nozzles are automatically dried using compressed air.
Inspection: Remove the fixture tray and place it onto the dedicated nozzle inspection device for examination. This allows you to observe the actual cleanliness of the nozzles after cleaning.
