Product Description

This PCBA cleaning machine is primarily designed for surface cleaning of PCBs and PCBA boards in the electronics industry. It employs the industry’s most advanced cleaning technology, achieving a cleanliness rate of 99.9% while also protecting the environment. The machine consists of a cleaning system, a pre-rinsing system, a fine-rinsing system, a drying system, and a filtration system. Powered by electricity and compressed air, the machine requires manual placement of workpieces into the cleaning chamber. After setting the desired parameters—including cleaning, pre-rinsing, fine-rinsing, drying, and other relevant settings—on the touch screen, simply press the start button, and the machine will automatically perform the cleaning, rinsing, and drying processes. Once the programmed cleaning cycle is complete, the machine will automatically stop and reset itself, ready for the next operation. This machine is easy to operate, significantly improving both production efficiency and product quality. It is a new-generation, high-performance, fully automatic cleaning equipment. The machine uses water-based liquid detergents and DI water for rinsing, posing no safety hazards and causing no harm to personnel.

1. A high-pressure spray system specifically designed for cleaning PCBs, PCBA boards, and similar components using water-based cleaning solutions. 
2. Equipped with a heating system to meet the requirements for cleaning, rinsing, and hot-air drying. 
3. Process flow: Cleaning – Chemical isolation – Initial rinse – Fine rinse – Drying. 
4. Equipped with advanced, fully automatic touchscreen operation software that simplifies program file storage and usage. 
5. System counting function that automatically accumulates the number of cleaned workpieces and the number of filter cycles. 
6. The spray pressure can be displayed via the panel pressure gauge, providing timely feedback on the equipment’s operating status. 
7. Monitor the rinse solution’s resistivity to ensure cleanliness; the resistivity can be set to meet the process requirements of various PCB and PCBA applications. 
8. The all-stainless steel body is sturdy and durable, resistant to cleaning solutions such as acids and alkalis. 
9. Rinsing is performed using an overflow method, allowing suspended solids to overflow and be discharged without causing recontamination. 
10. High-pressure fan + hot-air drying for faster and more thorough drying results.
