Product Description

This cleaning machine is designed for surface cleaning of PCBs and PCBA assemblies used in the semiconductor and SMT industries. It employs the industry’s most advanced cleaning technology, ensuring 100% cleanliness while also protecting the environment. The cleaning machine consists of systems including cleaning, coarse rinsing, fine rinsing, drying, filtration, and wastewater treatment. Powered by electricity and compressed air, the machine requires manual placement of the PCBA boards (workpieces) into the cleaning chamber. After setting the desired durations and frequencies for cleaning, coarse rinsing, fine rinsing, and drying—as well as other relevant parameters—on the touch screen, simply press the start button, and the product will be automatically cleaned, coarsely rinsed, finely rinsed, and dried. The cleaning machine uses water-based cleaning solutions for primary cleaning and DI water for final rinsing. It poses no safety hazards and causes no harm to operators.

Machine features:

1. High-pressure spray system specifically designed for cleaning PCBs/PCBAs and other components using water-based cleaning solutions.

2. Four liquid tanks equipped with a heating system to meet the requirements for cleaning, coarse rinsing, fine rinsing, and hot-air drying.

3. Process Flow: Cleaning – Chemical Isolation – Rinsing (Open-loop/Closed-loop) – Drying

4. Equipped with advanced, fully automatic touchscreen operation software; program files are saved, making operation extremely simple.

5. System counting function that automatically accumulates the number of PCB boards cleaned and the number of filter cycles.

6. Liquid and pump pressure can be displayed via the panel pressure gauge, providing timely feedback on the equipment’s operating status.

7. The cleaning pressure can be adjusted independently and is equipped with a visual window; adjust the pressure according to the PCB board’s cleaning requirements.

8. Monitor the conductivity of the rinsing solution to ensure cleanliness. The conductivity can be set to meet the process requirements of different PCB boards.

9. The all-stainless steel body is sturdy and durable, resistant to cleaning solutions such as acids and alkalis.

10. Rinsing is performed using an overflow method; the water from the final rinse overflows into the initial rinse tank, preventing any risk of recontamination.

11. High-pressure fan + hot-air drying for faster and more thorough drying results.

12. Lower operating costs—each cleaning cycle requires only 200–300 ml of liquid (varying slightly depending on the product). After cleaning is complete, residual liquid is directly recovered via pipelines and pumps, reducing liquid consumption by up to 40%.
