This equipment is a PCBA soldering flux cleaning device designed for small- and medium-sized production capacities. It employs a typical batch-cleaning process that enables the entire cleaning, rinsing, and drying cycle to be completed within a single cleaning chamber. This enhances cleaning quality and meets the requirements of cleaning multiple types of PCBA assemblies.

Machine features:
1. Comprehensive cleaning system: Thoroughly removes organic and inorganic residues from product surfaces.
2. Fully automatic cleaning mode: All processes—cleaning, rinsing, and drying—are completed within a single cleaning chamber. It features a small footprint and a compact structure.
3. Ultra-large cleaning capacity: Featuring a double-layer design measuring 610mm (L) × 560mm (W) × 100mm (H), it accommodates larger product sizes and delivers higher cleaning throughput.
4. The most scientifically designed nozzle: It adopts a gradually increasing distribution pattern on the left and right sides to enhance cleaning efficiency; and a staggered top-to-bottom arrangement to completely eliminate cleaning blind spots.
5. Adjustable nozzle pressure design: Reduces the risk of collisions and splashing caused by high-pressure spraying during the cleaning process for small-sized products.
6. The rotation speed of the machine’s spray bar can be displayed digitally, and the duration of each rinse cycle can be set. This significantly reduces the consumption of rinse solution, enhances cleaning efficiency, and lowers costs.
7. Standard diluent tank heating system: Significantly improves cleaning efficiency and shortens cleaning time.
8. Large-size touch-screen operation interface: Equipped with a stable and reliable color touch screen, it allows users to set different cleaning process parameters according to various products, making operation even simpler.
9. High-standard cleanliness: The level of ionic contamination fully meets the Class III standard specified in IPC-610D (below 1.56 μg/cm²).
10. Convenient detergent mixing method: Detergent can be added manually, or DI water and chemical solution can be automatically mixed according to a preset ratio (5%-25%).
