Product Description

The SM-6700 online cleaning machine is primarily used for the cleaning processes of electronic industry products. It employs cleaning agents and DI water to remove harmful contaminants such as flux residues, impurities, dust, and inorganic substances from the product surfaces. Finally, hot air is used for thorough drying, ensuring that the products achieve a high standard of cleanliness. This equipment has been designed with no safety hazards and is environmentally and human-friendly.

Machine features: 
1. Suitable for large-scale cleaning, completing all processes—cleaning, rinsing, and drying—online. 
2. Excellent cleaning performance, effectively removing rosin flux residues; 
3. The entire cleaning process is fully automated and requires no manual intervention. 
4. Real-time monitoring throughout the entire cleaning process, with cleaning parameters clearly visible at a glance; 
5. Water-cutting with air knives + an ultra-long air-drying section; 
6. The system features production capacity counting and includes a board-drop detection system. 
7. The all-stainless steel body is sturdy and durable, featuring stainless steel piping. 
8. Monitor the resistivity of the rinse DI water to ensure cleanliness. 
9. The filter mesh is detachable and has a precision of 2 mm. 
10. Unique rinse overflow design saves water consumption;

16. The water tank in the entire process section is equipped with a liquid-level protection function, featuring low-water-level and high-water-level alarms. 
17. The hot air is recycled to increase the temperature inside the bellows, thereby reducing energy consumption and emissions requirements. 
18. The drying temperature is adjustable and settable, which can help protect temperature-sensitive components. 
19. The arrangement and configuration of spray booms can be adapted to future upgrades and process requirements, making it easy to handle more complex cleaning tasks down the line.
