Product Description

The SM-8800 online cleaning machine is primarily used for the cleaning processes of electronic industry products. It employs water-based cleaning agents or DI water to remove surface contaminants, dust, inorganic substances, and other harmful pollutants. Finally, hot air is used for thorough drying, ensuring that the products achieve a high standard of cleanliness. This equipment has been designed with no safety hazards and is environmentally and human-friendly.

Machine features: 
1. Suitable for large-scale cleaning, capable of completing all processes—including cleaning, rinsing, and drying—online. 
2. The entire cleaning process is fully automated and requires no manual intervention. 
3. Real-time monitoring throughout the entire cleaning process, with cleaning parameters clearly visible at a glance; 
4. Air knife water cutting + ultra-long air-drying section; 
5. The system features production capacity counting and includes a board-drop detection system. 
6. The all-stainless steel body is sturdy and durable, and the PPH piping (resistant to strong acids and strong bases, and easier to maintain); 
7. Monitor the resistivity of the rinse DI water to ensure cleanliness. 
8. The filter mesh is detachable and has a precision of 2 mm. 
9. Unique rinse overflow design saves water consumption; 
10. Equipped with an automatic liquid addition and drainage system for convenience and speed; 
11. The condensation recovery system is more efficient and includes a cooling generation device, reducing liquid consumption costs. 
12. The overall cleaning and rinsing process is equipped with a 5–10 μm filter device. 
13. The energy-saving and emission-reduction control system can automatically detect whether products are present or absent, thereby automatically stopping operations and saving energy consumption. 
14. The cleaning tank is equipped with a PID temperature control system to ensure optimal activity of the cleaning solution. 
15. The water tank in the entire process section is equipped with a liquid-level protection function, featuring low-level and high-level alarms. 
16. The hot air is recycled to increase the temperature inside the bellows, thereby reducing energy consumption and emissions requirements. 
17. The drying temperature is adjustable and settable, which can help protect temperature-sensitive components. 
18. The arrangement and configuration of spray booms can be adapted to future upgrades and process requirements, making it easy to handle more complex cleaning tasks down the line. 
19. Customizable multi-channel transmission system;
