Product Description

The cleaning machine uses a pump to draw liquid, which then passes through a filtration system before being sprayed onto the surface via fan-shaped nozzles. It employs technologies such as chemical isolation, coarse rinsing spray, fine rinsing spray, high-pressure air cutting, and high-flow fan-assisted hot-air drying to ensure high-quality cleaning results and exceptional cleaning efficiency, significantly addressing the shortcomings of conventional cleaning machines.

Machine features: 
1. The touch screen controls the entire cleaning process, completing it fully automatically; LAN interface. 
2. Integrated functions: cleaning, chemical isolation, pre-rinsing, fine rinsing, high-pressure air cutting, and drying. 
3. The spray chamber body features a brand-new “nanosurface treatment” technology, ensuring that no liquid droplets remain on the inner walls of the chamber, thereby reducing liquid waste. 
4. Machine operation event logs can be saved. 
5. Large-scale cleaning can significantly reduce labor costs. 
6. The liquid circuit piping is made of imported PPH pipes, which are resistant to strong acids and strong bases, exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, and are simple and convenient to maintain. 
7. The double-sided linear moving spray method ensures optimal cleaning performance. 
8. A variety of specialized, customized PCBA fixtures are available for different customers. 
9. Safety gate anti-slip device with a high safety factor. 
10. Superior to conventional rotary spray cleaning processes, this method provides more thorough flux removal from BTCs (bottom-terminal components such as BGA, QFN, CSP, etc.) and fine-pitch components, thereby ensuring the electrochemical reliability (EMC) of the products. At the same time, it boasts higher cleaning efficiency and lower consumption of cleaning solution. 
11. Integrated DI water recovery system equipped with plasma-activated carbon and resin reverse osmosis filtration, enabling long-term zero-discharge operation. 
12. Depending on the specific process requirements, the machine can operate in either closed-loop or open-loop mode: a. Closed-loop mode: Wastewater is generated via an overflow system; each run discharges only 1–3 liters of wastewater, while the remainder is recycled for reuse. b. Open-loop mode: Each program run discharges 20 liters of coarse rinse wastewater. 
13. The transparent glass door design allows you to observe the entire cleaning process. 
14. The entire machine’s sheet metal is made of SUS304 stainless steel, offering both aesthetic appeal and durability.
