Product Description

This multi-functional cleaning machine is primarily designed for cleaning mesh screens, PCBA boards, misprinted boards, squeegees, and other components in the semiconductor and SMT industries. It uses water-based cleaning fluids for the cleaning process. Employing the industry’s most advanced cleaning technology, it achieves 100% cleanliness while also protecting the environment. The cleaning machine consists of systems for cleaning, rinsing, drying, and filtration. Powered by electricity and compressed air, the machine requires manual placement of cleaned parts into the cleaning chamber. After setting the desired cleaning, rinsing, drying, and related parameters on the touch screen, simply press the start button, and the machine will automatically perform the cleaning, rinsing, and drying processes. Once the programmed process is complete, the machine will automatically stop and reset itself, ready for the next cycle. This cleaning machine is easy to operate, significantly boosting production efficiency and product quality. It is a new-generation, high-performance, fully automatic cleaning equipment. The machine uses water-based cleaning agents for cleaning and DI water for rinsing, ensuring safe and hazard-free operation.

Machine features: 
1. A high-pressure spray system specifically designed for cleaning screen meshes, PCBA boards, misprinted boards, squeegees, and other components using water-based cleaning solutions. 
2. Dual liquid tank equipped with a heating system to meet the requirements for cleaning, rinsing, and hot-air drying. 
3. Process Flow: Cleaning – Rinsing (Open-loop/Closed-loop) – Drying 
4. Equipped with fully automatic touchscreen operation software, parameter configuration files can be saved, making operation extremely simple. 
5. System counting function that automatically accumulates the number of screen cleaning operations and the number of filter cycles. 
6. Liquid and pump pressure can be displayed via the panel pressure gauge, providing timely feedback on the equipment’s operating status. 
7. The spray pressure is monitored by a pressure sensor, and an alarm will be triggered if the pressure falls outside the set range. 
8. Resistivity monitoring of the rinsing solution ensures cleanliness; resistivity can be set to meet the requirements of different cleaning processes (optional). 
9. The all-stainless steel body is sturdy and durable, resistant to strong acids and strong bases. 
10. The rinse water can be optionally equipped with a wastewater treatment and recycling system to achieve long-term zero discharge. 
11. High-pressure fan + hot-air drying—provides faster and more thorough drying results. 
12. Lower operating costs: Liquid is directly returned, preventing cross-contamination and reducing liquid consumption; each cleaning requires only 30–120 ml of liquid (depending on the specific situation).
