This multi-functional cleaning machine is primarily designed for cleaning mesh screens, PCBA boards, misprinted boards, squeegees, and other components in the semiconductor and SMT industries. It uses water-based cleaning fluids for the cleaning process. Employing the industry’s most advanced cleaning technology, it achieves 100% cleanliness while also protecting the environment.
The cleaning machine consists of systems for cleaning, rinsing, drying, and filtration. Powered by electricity and compressed air, the machine requires manual placement of cleaned parts into the cleaning chamber. After setting the desired cleaning, rinsing, drying, and related parameters on the touch screen, simply press the start button, and the machine will automatically perform the cleaning, rinsing, and drying processes. Once the programmed process is complete, the machine will automatically stop and reset itself, ready to begin the next cycle.
The cleaning machine is easy for operators to use, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality. It is a new, high-performance, fully automatic cleaning device. The machine uses water-based cleaning agents for cleaning and DI water for rinsing, and its operation poses absolutely no safety risks.

Dual-liquid tank equipped with a heating system to meet the requirements for cleaning, rinsing, and hot-air drying.

Equipped with fully automatic touchscreen operation software, parameter configuration files can be saved, making it extremely easy to use.
The system’s counting function can automatically accumulate the number of screen cleaning operations and the number of filter cycles.
Liquid and pump pressure can be displayed via the panel pressure gauge, providing timely feedback on the equipment’s operating status.
The cleaning pressure can be adjusted independently, widening the process window and resolving the tension issues encountered when using SMT stencils during high-pressure cleaning.
Resistivity monitoring for rinse solutions ensures cleanliness; resistivity can be set to meet the requirements of various cleaning processes (optional).
The all-stainless steel body is sturdy and durable, resistant to strong acids and strong bases.
The rinse water can achieve long-term zero discharge through ion filtration.
