Suitable for cleaning flux residues after ball placement on high-capacity packaging devices such as Flip-Chip, SIP, FCBGA, and FCCSP. This equipment has been stably applied to the cleaning of various high-reliability semiconductor components, including fingerprint sensors, camera modules, communication devices, acoustic RF components, and power control units. The SMFC-3600 boasts core technologies and patents, and offers a variety of optional features to help users optimize processes and control costs.

1. Water Quality Monitoring System—Monitors current water quality in real time and automatically discharges or adds substances as needed.

2. Dual-web belt structure—made of Teflon or Kevlar material, capable of cleaning bare boards without causing any damage.
